Campaign Aims 

The core aims of the Paper-Less Alliance are to:

• maximise corporate use of electronic documents and encourage the digitisation of paper documentation, to boost productivity and financial savings for business
• change the staus quo of paper usage by focusing corporate attention on 'Paper-Less' opportunities
• significantly reduce the postage bills of Australia and New Zealand's businesses
• provide effective tools and solutions to businesses that want to measurably reduce their paper usage
• help participating businesses improve their financial bottom line and impact on the environment
• combat climate change by reducing the amount of trees, water and energy used for paper production and the amount of paper being sent to landfill.
• maximise the amount of office paper that gets recycled into office paper, cardboard boxes and other forms of recycled paper. At the moment, there's great potential to increase this.
• encourage businesses to invest their 'Paper-Less' savings into more paper that contains recycled content or is accredited by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
